Everything You Need to Know
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept Paypal only. If you have another way you would prefer to pay (e.g., by check), feel free to email us and explain your situation and we will gladly see if we can help. Please note: no shipments will be made until your payment clears.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because of the nature of the Pokemon trading card collectibles business (with counterfeiting, contents or cards switching, pack weighing, and other types of nefarious behavior), we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any purchases unless a problem arises specifically as a result of a mistake we make. Our reputation is of prime importance to us which is why we don't weigh packs, we don't overstate card conditions, and we ship all items with the utmost of care to ensure arrival to you in the exact condition leaving us.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer physical gift cards but we do offer gift codes. Subsequent to your purchase of a gift code, you will be sent an email indicating the amount you purchased (the credit on file with us) along with the specific code number indicating your website credit amount.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
For domestic orders, shipping charges are based on the total amount of the order. The minimum shipping charge is $4.75 for orders of less than $100.00. For each $100.00 thereafter, the cost increases by about $2.50. You can always place your items in your cart and do a preliminary checkout to see the exact charges you will pay. Unless otherwise arranged, shipping is via USPS First Class Tracked package.

For international orders, shipping charges are based on the weight of the items purchased. The minimum shipping charge is $17.50 and then increases a little from there unless purchasing heavier items like collection boxes which weigh more. All packages will be tracked in the lowest cost manner for us to do so. For safe delivery purposes, we reserve the right to charge an additional insurance fee for any items of a higher dollar cost.
